Sappy or Sincere --- You Decide
(It was just a coincidence how we met, but what a difference that has made.)
I remember exactly the day we met; it was the day joy came to stay.
Like the sparrows clustered in the feeder,
We need each other ----
the gathering of friends ----
Sharing a sip of tea (or whatever) to make the world taste good.
Your talk, your laughter is ever new,
filling my day with joy,
my tomorrows with hope.
How fast they fly, the happy times,
when friends are together,
Sharing,
Caring,
It's a mysterious "between" thing.
The happiest Happy of all is the Happy
I'm happy when you're Happy.
Hearts speak to hearts,
not in words but in gestures.
Three of us,
five of us,
ten of us or two,
it only matters
that we are friends together
crying together
uphill and down
Made strong by sharing.
Gathering shells on a quiet beach
Gathering the moments we've shared
What endless joy.
Friends together
pull a rainbow from the storm...
make everything sunshine new
What a treasure...a true friend.
Like the sparrows clustered in the feeder,
We need each other ----
the gathering of friends ----
Sharing a sip of tea (or whatever) to make the world taste good.

PEACE.

That was beautiful. And how blessed we are when we have close friends - and now, even "blog friends"!

That was the best Rick.
Where would we be without our friends?

MADE ME CRY EVY! THAT IS BEAUTIFUL IN EVERY WAY AND SO DAMN TRUE! I WISH TO GOD THAT WE COULD ALL GET TOGETHER SOMEHOW JUST ONCE AND TALK FOR DAYS ON END AND SIP TEA AND BREAK BREAD TOGETHER...THAT WOULD BE INCREDIBLE! BUT IF`IN THAT NEVER HAPPENS I KNOW WHO MY REAL FRIENDS ARE ON HERE AND YOU ALL GO THROUGH EVERYTHING I GO THROUGH RIGHT ALONG WITH ME AND I WITH YOU ALL AS WELL, AND THAT IS HOW IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE! I LOVE YOU EVY AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR WISDOM AND WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT AND HOPE! YOU ARE AN OUTSTANDING MAN!

They say, home is where the heart is...well, pieces of mine are scattered all over the place, where ever you all are. That was a great post!
