Brief News Flash

Happy Hallowe'en, everyone (esp. you folks with young kids!)

I just wanted to point out that it has become clear to me that these "missives" into my past, as I attempt to re-live some of the more painful parts, isn't going to be a daily occurence, if today is any indication.

It just drains me too much to bring it all up again.

I'm assuming you'll understand, and thank you in advance for that.

I heard this line from a movie "Pain is just fear leavin' your body." That was said to a child playing football, but I think it almost transfers to emotional/mental pain and fear as well. We fear putting our stuff out there and it hurts to bring stuff up, but once its done...its...gone! Like getting your ears pierced...it only hurts for a second, then its gone!

"The Bible contains six admonishments to homosexuals and three hundred and sixty-two admonishments to heterosexuals. That doesn't mean that God doesn't love heterosexuals. It's just that they need more supervision." - Lynne Lavner*** I'm confused; curious; satisfied; realistically resigned to being a frustrated idealist; usually at peace with myself, but not always. Amazed at how little I know, and wondering how much I need to understand.
